Andrew Hammer

Andrew Hammer has been working for Rockdale County Government since July 2007, holding roles such as Capital Projects Manager and currently serving as Deputy Director. Prior to working in the government sector, Andrew attended the University of Dayton from 1990 to 1995, where Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
