Will Barkley

Will Barkley has extensive experience in government and corporate settings, with a background in finance and real estate. Currently serving as the Executive Director/Chief Appraiser at Rockdale County Government, with previous roles including Assistant Deputy Director at the same organization. Prior to that, worked as the Motor Vehicle Tax Supervisor at DeKalb County Government and Assistant Department Manager at AMEC. Will Barkley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Real Estate from Georgia State University. Graduated from Morehouse College in 1984.
