Regine Basha

Regine Basha is a seasoned curator and consultant with extensive experience in the art world. Currently serving as Guest Curator at Artpace San Antonio since November 2024, Regine is responsible for selecting three artists for a prestigious residency program. Alongside this role, Regine is a consultant for the Rockefeller Brothers Fund on a new Residency and Exhibition program, and serves as a Strategic Partnership Consultant for The Mothership, focusing on eco-initiatives in Tangier, Morocco. BashaProjects.com, established in 2006, showcases Regine's curatorial work, writings, and interviews with artists. Past roles include Director of Residencies at Pioneer Works Art Foundation and Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. Regine holds a Master’s in Curatorial Studies from Bard College and a BFA from New York University.
