Alessandra Bonito Oliva

Alessandra Bonito Oliva has extensive experience in research related to neuropharmacology and behavioral analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Research Associate and Lab Manager at Rockefeller since January 2015, Alessandra has contributed to the Rockefeller-Pfizer CTI collaboration aimed at developing therapeutics for Alzheimer's disease. Prior to this role, Alessandra worked as a Postdoctoral Associate at Karolinska Institutet from May 2010 to December 2014, leading projects on animal models for various neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease and Schizophrenia. Previous positions include Postdoctoral researcher at CEINGE Biotecnologie Avanzate and Visiting researcher at Rosalind Franklin University. Alessandra holds a PhD in Psychopharmacology and Psychobiology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
