Maija Williams

Maija Williams is an experienced professional in healthcare administration and education, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Rockefeller University Hospital since July 2022. With a long tenure at Rockefeller University as Administrative Director since December 2006, Maija has also held an adjunct faculty position at City University of New York at Lehman College from June 2007 to August 2018. Previous roles include Director of Grant Development/Associate Staff Analyst at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from December 2005 to December 2006, where responsibilities included identifying funding opportunities and managing grants, as well as serving as Director of Health Education/HIV Prevention Services at Settlement Health and Medical Services from November 2000 to December 2005.
