Tonya Baker has a diverse work experience. Tonya began their career in 2006 as a Part-Time Assistant at Kenneth Sumner CPA. In 2007, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Education Development Center. In 2008, they became a Group Service Coordinator at Sunday River Skiway. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Tatto Media as a Network Manager and Market Research Analyst. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at BzzAgent as a Client Services Director, Senior Associate of Client Services, and Associate of Media Services. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Director of Client Services at BzzAgent, where they managed the UK BzzAgent business, doubled the business, and supported the Brazil market. In 2018, they moved to SG-Digital as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they managed one CSM and the Canadian region. In 2021, they began working at Rockerbox as a Customer Solutions.

Tonya Baker has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016. Tonya also has a BS Marketing from Bentley University, with a Minor in International Studies, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained certifications from SG - Digital, Intelligent.ly, and HubSpot Academy, including Women in Digital (July 2021), Exchange Management Development Program (March 2014), Contextual Marketing Certification, Inbound Sales Certification, and Social Media Certification.
