Brian Marshall

Brian Marshall is the Vice President of Business Operations at Rocket Carwash. Brian has previous experience as an Operations Manager at Amazon from July 2018 to April 2019, and as a General Manager at Petco from July 2015 to July 2018.

At Petco, Brian oversaw operations for the leading specialized merchandise retailer with $4M in annual revenue. Brian was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring continuous delivery of outstanding customer service. Brian also supervised 3 managers and developed strategic merchandising plans to achieve revenue objectives and reduce expenditures.

Brian was promoted to A volume Store Leader in 2017 and achieved several successes during their time at Petco, including maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, consistently exceeding annual goals, and winning the “Hungry to Win” competition in 2016.

Brian Marshall has a Bachelor's degree in Business from Bellevue University and an Associate's degree in Science from Mid-Plains Community College.

They are on a team with Kirk Thompson - Vice President, Development Planning, Jason Ricks - Chief Operations Officer, and Conrad Sams - Vice President, Corporate Development and Operations. Their manager is Daniel White, CEO.
