Kinnus Paul

Kinnus Paul is an experienced program manager currently overseeing community-based programming at the Gilbert Family Foundation since April 2022 and at the Rocket Community Fund since July 2020, utilizing research-based tactics for improved outcomes and strategic project management. Previously, Kinnus served as a unit leader at FCA from August 2016 to July 2020, where leadership focused on managing unionized teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment, fostering a competitive and development-oriented team culture. Prior experience includes a role as a program analyst for the City of Detroit from March 2015 to August 2016, leading grant research and ensuring compliance for job development programs. Kinnus holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western Kentucky University, completed in 2004.
