Onika Joseph

Onika Joseph has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Onika started their career in 2000 as a Service Desk Clerk at Murray's Auto Store, where they handled point-of-sale transactions and cash handling. From 2003 to 2009, they worked as a Lead Officer at TSA, managing daily security checkpoint operations and resolving passenger issues. Onika then joined MIICAH Marketing Solutions as an Account Manager before becoming a Store Manager at Family Dollar in 2010. In 2012, they became a Team Leader at Minacs Marketing Solutions, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Team Lead at Arvato North America, managing a call center and a team of 15 online specialists. Onika then joined Cognizant in 2017 as an Operations Supervisor, where they managed daily operations, developed recommendation processes, and mentored agents for promotion opportunities. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Communications at Rocket Connections since 2020.
