Leandro Andrade

Leandro Andrade has a strong background in software and data engineering. Leandro is currently working as a Senior Software/Data Engineer at Rocket Financial Inc since March 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Inter, including Tech Manager from September 2022 to March 2023 and Squad Leader from November 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Inter, Leandro worked as a Tech Lead at Siemens from February 2021 to November 2021. Leandro also has experience as a Tech Lead at Primetals Technologies, where they coordinated an IT team focused on MES, LIMS, and PIMS projects for the metallurgical and mining business.

Leandro's earlier experiences include working as a Software Engineer at Radix Engenharia e Software, where they were involved in revamping automation systems. Leandro also worked as a Software Engineer at MOPE - Modelo Operacional, developing an expert system for operational management of mineral processing plants.

Leandro began their career as an Intern at Siemens, ArcelorMittal, and Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, gaining experience in web software development, maintenance of MES systems, and participating in R&D projects.

Leandro Andrade's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, which they obtained from 2008 to 2013. Leandro then pursued an Executive MBA in Project Management with a focus on IT at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Leandro Andrade holds two certifications from Oracle. Leandro became an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer in September 2017, and an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer in June 2017.
