Jillian Peters

Jillian Peters, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Team Relations Specialist at Rocket Innovation Studio since December 2020. Previously, Jillian held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Kautex Textron and served as an instructor at St. Clair College, where the focus was on mentoring future HR professionals. Jillian’s prior experience includes roles as a Labour Economics Analyst and Training Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and a Member Consultant at Windsor Family Credit Union. Jillian holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Human Resources from the University of Windsor and an Hon. B.Comm. in Finance from the same institution.
