Kate Jefford, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Team Relations Specialist at Rocket Innovation Studio since September 2021, supporting over 200 team members. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Assistant with the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, workplace safety, and WSIB claims management. Earlier positions included an HR intern at Sony Centre For The Performing Arts and various roles in educational settings, coupled with a solid academic background featuring an MBA from the University of Windsor and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Durham College.
