Seth Giles has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Seth began their career in 2013 as a Cashier and Lumber Yard employee at Hills Ace Hardware, where they handled customer transactions and assisted with loading merchandise. Seth then moved on to Peachtech Computers/Radioshack in 2013, where they worked as a Salesperson, assisting customers with product selection and performing minor computer repairs.

In 2015, Seth joined the Barrow County Sheriffs Office as a Detention Officer, supervising inmate activities and ensuring a safe environment for staff and inmates. Seth also worked at The Home Depot during this time as an Order Fulfillment Associate, preparing customer orders and performing cleaning duties.

Seth continued to expand their skill set and joined Community Healthcare Services in 2017 as an EMT-Basic, operating ambulances and interacting with patients and medical staff. Seth then transitioned to Procare EMS as an Advanced EMT, where they performed similar duties.

In 2020, Seth took on a role at Revolt Voice as an Information Technology Field Technician, assisting with the installation and configuration of VoIP systems, providing user training, and resolving hardware/software-related issues.

Most recently, in 2020, Seth joined Rocket IT, starting as a Support Technician and eventually progressing to roles such as Security Engineer, Security Team Lead, and currently serving as the Security Manager. In their current position, they are responsible for overseeing and managing security operations for the company.

Throughout their career, Seth has gained experience in customer service, technical support, emergency medical services, and security management.

Seth Giles has a diverse education history that showcases their expertise in the field of cybersecurity and information assurance. Seth started their educational journey at Gwinnett Technical College, where they obtained a Diploma in EMS Professions from 2015 to 2017.

Following their diploma, Seth pursued higher education at Western Governors University. From 2019 to 2021, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. Building upon this foundation, Seth further enhanced their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Science degree in the same field at Western Governors University from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to their degree programs, Seth also obtained multiple certifications to solidify their proficiency. Seth obtained the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and the Google/CompTIA dual credential from Coursera in June 2020. In August 2019, they gained certifications such as the Advanced HTML5 and CSS3 Specialist and User Interface Designer from Certification Partners (CIW). Seth also became an Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate in the same month.

Seth'sdedication to continuous learning and professional growth is evident through their other certifications. Seth achieved the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2019, followed by the CompTIA Project+ certification in May 2019. Additionally, they obtained the Site Development Associate certification from Certification Partners (CIW) in February 2019 and the Grandstream Certified Specialist certification from Grandstream Networks in September 2018.

To further enhance their cybersecurity skills, Seth pursued various certifications. Seth obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council in May 2022 and the CompTIA Network Security Professional – CNSP Stackable Certification, CompTIA Network Vulnerability Assessment Professional – CNVP Stackable Certification, CompTIA PenTest+ ce Certification, CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification, CompTIA Security Analytics Professional – CSAP Stackable Certification, and CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification from CompTIA in different months of 2021. Prior to these, Seth acquired the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in November 2018, the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in October 2020, and the EC-Council Certified Encryption Specialist (ECES) certification from EC-Council in November 2020.
