Sebastián Miramontes

Sebastián Miramontes has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and technology industries. Sebastián currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Rocketlab, where they have built and led the Social UA Division and Media Buying department and established partnerships with major networks and traffic sources. Prior to this, Miramontes worked as a Marketing Advisor at ZIZU and as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Upwork, where they managed contracts for big clients in the app industry. Sebastián also co-founded Artik Games™ and held multiple positions within the company, including Business Development, Producer, Data Analyst, and Game Designer. Miramontes has also worked at Google as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, and at Epic Games as a Marketing Analyst. Sebastián'searliest professional experience was as a Sales & Events Coordinator at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa.

Sebastián Miramontes has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. From 1995 to 2005, they attended Victoria College High School in Buenos Aires, where they obtained an AICE Diploma. During this time, they studied various subjects such as computer science, maths, arts, history, literature, biology, geography, English language, and Spanish.

After completing high school, Sebastián attended Brother Ad School from 2006 to 2009, where they focused on advertising and art direction. Sebastián obtained a degree in Advertising & Art Director, studying subjects related to advertising, cinema, and literature.

In 2010, Sebastián enrolled at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) & IT. Sebastián completed this program in 2015 and gained knowledge in both business administration and management, as well as computer science and technology.

In 2020, Sebastián further expanded their skills by completing a program in Full Stack Web Development at freeCodeCamp, specializing in computer software engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Sebastián Miramontes has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications in Negotiations from Wharton Online (obtained in July 2023), Google Ads Apps and Search certifications from Google Digital Academy (obtained in June 2021), Mastering Linux Command Line from Udemy (obtained in February 2020), and CS50's Introduction to Computer Science from edX (obtained in January 2020). Sebastián also participated in the NASA Space Apps Challenge Hackathon conducted by NASA in October 2019.
