Andrew McGill

Andrew McGill is a seasoned professional in quality and mission assurance engineering with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as Senior Mission Assurance Engineer at Rocket Lab since March 2023, Andrew oversees mission assurance activities for Space Systems, supporting organizational deliverables for leadership, board members, and investors. Prior roles at Raytheon Technologies included serving as Senior Manager of Mission/Quality Assurance, with leadership responsibilities for program quality across Battlefield Radar and various power programs, and as Mission Assurance Lead Manager II for T3S programs. Andrew's previous experience also includes significant positions at Raytheon and Boeing, where contributions focused on program performance, compliance, and quality assurance. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
