Matthew Hancock possesses extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Manager of the Propulsion Test Complex at Rocket Lab since December 2017. Previous roles at Rocket Lab include Lead Hand for Propulsion and Senior Technician II in Mechanical and Propulsion. Prior to this, Matthew worked as an Aerospace Technician at GKN Aerospace and as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Air New Zealand from February 2011 to April 2015.
