Andrew Budziszek

Andrew Budziszek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrew began their career as an Assistant Instructor at Greendale High School, where they led percussion rehearsals and prepared students for national competitions. Andrew then worked as a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's Home Improvement before transitioning into the tech industry.

In 2013, Budziszek joined the Milwaukee County Information and Media Services Department as an IT Intern, where they were responsible for deploying new machines and troubleshooting technology issues. Andrew then worked as a Programmer Analyst Intern at LocalJobNetwork.com, assisting with software development and testing.

Budziszek gained further experience as a Software Developer Intern at Penrod Software, where they focused on enterprise applications such as Salesforce.com and Google Apps. Andrew also founded Sonny Brooks Studios, a company specializing in web design, development, and marketing.

In 2017, Budziszek joined Northwestern Mutual as a Full Stack Engineer, developing investment applications and working closely with business leaders. Andrew was also involved in digital innovation and served on the Diversity and Inclusion council. Andrew later became a Full Stack Engineer II, focusing on greenfield solutions for the Real Estate division.

Budziszek then joined Direct Supply as a Senior Software Engineer before returning to Northwestern Mutual as a Senior Software Engineer in the Finance & Risk department. In this role, they worked on General Ledger and accounting applications and implemented AWS solutions.

Currently, Budziszek is working at Rocket Money, formerly known as Truebill, as a Senior Software Engineer. Andrew is utilizing technologies such as React Native, Node.js, Typescript, GraphQL, and Postgres to create innovative iOS, Android, and web apps.

Andrew Budziszek is a highly educated individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Andrew earned this degree between the years 2012 and 2016. Prior to their university education, Andrew attended Greendale High School and received their High School Diploma in General Education in the years 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Andrew has obtained several certifications. In July 2018, they earned the certification of "Rockstar," although the institution that granted this certification is unspecified. Andrew's other certifications include being an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, awarded by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020, and being a Certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master, awarded by Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2019.
