Andy Han

Andy Han is a skilled Talent Sourcer with extensive experience in data, engineering, executive, and go-to-market roles across multiple organizations. Currently working at Rocket Money since April 2025, Andy has previously contributed to Apartment List and Headway, focusing on EPD and engineering positions. Prior roles at Square involved sourcing for engineering, go-to-market, and general administrative positions, along with a foundational role at Afterpay, where Andy was a founding sourcer prior to the acquisition by Block.
