Christine Fulcher

Christine Fulcher has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Christine is currently the VP, Head of Card at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill), a position they assumed after Truebill was acquired by Rocket Companies in December 2021. In this role, they are responsible for the Card Line of Business at Truebill/Rocket and oversees various functions including Product, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Partnerships, and P&L. Christine is also a member of the Rocket Money Executive team. Prior to this, Christine worked at Betterment, where they launched and scaled the Strategic Operations function as the Director of Strategic Operations. Their responsibilities included leading a team that covered business operations, revenue-driving strategic initiatives, and the business side of Strategic Planning. Christine played a crucial role in taking new lines of business from 0 to 1, incubating new functions, and designing/scaling company-wide processes. Before joining Betterment, Christine held various roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including Vice President in Business Operations and Global Transaction Services, Vice President in Banknotes Product Management, Assistant Vice President in Operational Risk for Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Municipal Underwriter in Public Sector Banking, and they also completed the Global Commercial Banking Analyst Program.

Christine Fulcher has a diverse education history. Christine attended the University of Florida and pursued dual majors in Finance (B.S.) and East Asian Language & Literature (B.A.). After their time at the University of Florida, they furthered their studies at Tsinghua University, specializing in East Asian Languages & Literature.

In addition to their academic background, Christine Fulcher has also obtained several certifications.
