GISELA FERNANDEZ

Gisela Fernandez has extensive work experience in creative project management and marketing. Gisela is currently working as a Senior Creative Project Manager at Rocket Money, where they lead the production of creative assets for various marketing channels and strategizes to improve marketing performance. Gisela interfaces with multiple teams within the company, including media buying, legal, data, engineering, and product teams. Previously, they worked at ATOMIC D as a Creative Services Manager and Senior Project Manager, where they managed the workload and schedule of designers/animators, established agency budgets, and oversaw financial operations. Gisela also worked at Venga Brands as a Creative Project Manager, where they managed the brand development process of multiple tech start-ups by coordinating design, marketing, and engineering teams. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Marketing Communications Intern at Harbor Picture Company and an Advertising and Marketing Intern at Pasadena Magazine.

Gisela Fernandez began their education journey by completing their high school education at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2005 to 2008. Gisela then attended Appalachian State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a focus on Advertising. Later on, from 2013 to 2014, they attended Sacred Heart University and obtained their Master's degree in Corporate Communications and Public Relations.
