Rob Cross

Rob Cross has a diverse range of work experience. Rob currently serves as the COO of Rocket Money (formerly Truebill) starting in 2023. Their previous roles include being the General Manager of Consumer Loans at NerdWallet from 2017 to 2022, where they managed a large team and was responsible for developing the business strategy. Rob also worked at Gusto in 2016, where they contributed to simplifying and personalizing complex business tasks. In 2015, they held the position of VP of Marketing and Integration at Zillow Group. Prior to that, Rob held various roles at Trulia, including VP of Business Development and Integration. Rob started their career at Accenture as a Project Manager from 1996 to 2002.

Rob Cross received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Following that, they pursued their MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Strategy, Finance, and Marketing, from 2002 to 2004.
