Sage Zbinden

Sage Zbinden has a diverse work experience in graphic design and photography. They started their career as an Assistant Designer at Lancer Media Group in 2017, where they collaborated with writers and photographers to create cohesive designs for spreads and yearbooks. In 2018, they became the Photo Editor/Photographer at the same company, overseeing the imagery and identity of the website. They also communicated with various stakeholders to ensure the website's overall look and feel. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Design Editor, where they created a style guide for the magazine and managed a team of two designers.

In 2020, Sage worked as a Paid Marketing Intern (Designer) at Mind and Mill, focusing on working closely with an art director and assisting clients in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies. They also conducted research and participated in branding projects.

In 2021, Sage joined Bakery Agency as a Jr. Graphic Designer, where they worked on projects for well-known companies such as Nike, T-mobile, Google, Shiner, and Kellogg's. They primarily collaborated with Shiner Beer, assembling and preparing CPG files for upcoming campaigns. They also gained experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Freethink, where they designed thumbnail designs for use on social platforms.

In 2021, Sage joined Chubbies Shorts as a Graphic Designer II, where they were responsible for the email art direction and design of all the company's emails. They also worked on web pages, advertisements, motion graphics, photo direction, and social media, collaborating closely with design managers and creative directors to develop concepts for all channels.

Currently, Sage is working at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill) as a Graphic Designer, where they contribute their design expertise to the company.

Before their current role, Sage previously worked as a Freelance Designer & Photographer at SageDesigns from 2017 to 2023. They also gained experience as a Graphic Designer (Community Life) at California Baptist University from 2019 to 2021, creating event posters, managing social media, and advertising upcoming events through video content.

Sage Zbinden attended California Baptist University from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Graphic Design with a focus on Photography.
