Tobi Lukaschek

Tobi Lukaschek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tobi began their career in 2011 at Fahrenholz, where they worked in process management, quality assurance, procurement, and insurance. In 2012, they joined Rocket Restaurants and took on various roles, including franchise development, off-premise business, and head of Rocket's. Currently, Tobi works as the Business Development Director at Rocket Restaurants. In addition to their roles at Rocket Restaurants, Tobi also participated in the Student Consulting Program at PwC Ireland in 2012. Tobi recently became a Board Advisor at the Irish Franchise Association in 2021.

Tobi Lukaschek pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2012 to 2014. In 2022, Tobi attended Duke University to study Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies.
