Filippa Månlilja has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Filippa started their career as a server at Holy Greens, where they excelled in a fast-paced environment and gained experience in management and logistics. Filippa then worked as a beauty consultant at People Partner Sweden AB, representing brands like Max Factor and Nivea, where they focused on increasing sales through events and product demonstrations. As a freelance makeup artist and hairstylist, Filippa worked on advertising campaigns, fashion shoots, TV shows, and live broadcasts for three years. After that, they joined foodora as a customer service agent, handling customer inquiries, refunds, and technical troubleshooting. Filippa'sresponsibilities included achieving customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality goals. Most recently, Filippa held the role of Content & Marketing Manager at Speqta, where they managed content and marketing strategies. Currently, they are working at Rocket Revenue as a Content & Marketing Manager.

Filippa Månlilja has a diverse education history. In 2013, they obtained their Gymnasieexamen with a focus on International Baccalaureate from Young Business Creatives. From 2017 to 2020, they pursued their Kandidatexamen in Marknadskommunikation from Stockholm University. During this time, in 2019, they also attended Curtin University as part of their educational journey. Additionally, Filippa attended Linda Mehrens Makeup Academy in 2017 and 2018, specializing in Make up-artist and Hårstylist courses respectively.
