Natalia James

Natalia James is an experienced Intellectual Property professional currently serving as Fractional IP Counsel for startups and an Intellectual Property Consultant for Simons Muirhead Burton LLP. Natalia has held various roles, including In-House Counsel at Rocket SaaS, Managing Director and Director at Basck, and LawBrief at LawBite, where expertise in developing business-driven IP portfolios and providing legal advice on trademarks, patents, and design rights has been demonstrated. Previous experience includes IP strategy support at Aistemos and internships at EY, Deloitte, and Krzysztof Zuber Solicitors. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Wroclaw and participated in the LLP Erasmus program at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
