Ben Lampkin is a seasoned sports professional with a strong background in sponsorship and commercial partnerships. As the Managing Director of Rocket Sports since May 2017, Ben Lampkin has played a key role in a consulting business co-founded by Sir Elton John and Luke Lloyd-Davies, focusing on helping brands, rights holders, and athletes navigate the commercial aspects of sport. Prior to this, Ben Lampkin served as the Head of Sponsorship at London Marathon Events from January 2015 to May 2017, overseeing sponsorships for multiple high-profile mass participation events. Ben Lampkin's career also includes a tenure as Commercial Manager at Goodwood Group of Companies, where responsibilities included the strategic development of sponsorship portfolios across various sports sectors.
