Paula Louise Garces

Paula Louise Garces has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Senior Training Developer at Rocket Station since June 2022. Prior to this role, Paula worked at Sitel from October 2018 to May 2022, where positions included Senior Training Excellence Specialist and Learning Specialist. Paula's tenure at Tech Mahindra from January 2017 to October 2018 featured a role as Training Specialist, and at Sutherland from September 2013 to January 2017, Paula held several positions including Training Expert and Senior Training Specialist. Additional experience includes a role as Recruitment Specialist at Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica) in 2013 and a Phone Screener at APAC Customer Service in 2012.
