The Finance and Administration Team at Rocket Station is responsible for managing the company's financial health and ensuring efficient operational processes. This team, led by the CFO and supported by the Vice President of Client Services and an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper VA, oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, while also providing strategic insights to optimize resource allocation and enhance client service delivery.
