Oleg Kachalin

Oleg Kachalin is a seasoned professional in the digital and marketing sectors, currently serving as CPO and CMO at Ready Bank since January 2024. As a co-founder of Rocket Tech, Oleg has played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a two-person operation to a team of 130, capturing a significant market share in Kazakhstan's digital landscape. Oleg co-founded Aurma.kz, leading the design of an online pharmacy platform, and also co-founded Setochka SMM Agency and Holy Media, where oversight of creative production and design quality is a primary responsibility. Oleg has contributed as a Creative Director at Magic Slide and held key design positions in various startups, including Apoteka.kz and Mediahub.asia. With a Bachelor of Engineering and Technology from KEEU and a degree in Information Technology from Rudny Industrial Institute, Oleg combines technical expertise with a strong creative vision.
