Roman Nadein

Roman Nadein is an accomplished technology executive and startup mentor with extensive experience in fintech and IT. Currently serving as a Startup Mentor at Astana Hub since June 2021, Roman provides guidance to startups in key areas including fintech, operational management, and financial modeling. As the CEO of Rocket Tech, Roman leads the development of innovative fintech solutions for banks and neobanks. Additionally, Roman co-founded Aurma.kz, a health-tech startup, where responsibilities include driving product development. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Mediahub.asia, CEO of the Digital Marketing Institute of Kazakhstan, and Chief Operating Officer at ImagineWebSolutions, among others. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in Finances and Information Systems from Kenzhegali Sagadiyev University and an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Almaty Polytech College.
