Hilary Halpern

Hilary Halpern currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs at Rocket Companies, leading the public policy team with a focus on housing finance, fintech, innovation, AI, and data since January 2020. Prior to this role, Halpern was the Vice President of Government Affairs at Polaris Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities included managing multi-client advocacy efforts and representing clients before Congress and regulators. Previous experience includes an Associate position at The Cypress Group, focusing on political intelligence and risk consulting in financial services, and an Investment Funds & Capital Markets Associate role at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. Halpern's experience also includes positions in the U.S. Senate, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and as a Compliance Assistant for John McCain's 2008 campaign. Halpern holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BA in Art History and Political Science from Lehigh University, with additional education from the University of Vienna.
