Joy Crocker

Joy Crocker serves as the Creative Director at Rocket Companies since October 2021, where leadership involves directing cross-functional teams for large-scale immersive events and overseeing set design, interactive elements, and narrative development. Prior roles at Rocket Companies include Senior Creative Strategist, where the development of an internal employer brand strategy was executed, and Graphic Design Team Leader, responsible for mentoring and deploying a team of graphic designers. Previous experience includes Art Director and Graphic Designer roles at ROCK, where visual systems for workplace culture were established for events attended by over 12,700 team members. Additional internships in graphic design were completed at Brogan & Partners, Bells Brewery, and The Lip Bar. Joy holds an Interior Design Certificate from the New York School of Interior Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Madonna University.
