Dmitry Kartel

Dmitry Kartel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dmitry is presently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at RocketData since February 2021. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Online Media LLC (High Tech Park resident) starting from October 2019.

In 2016, Dmitry joined TUT.BY Belarusian portal where they held multiple positions. Dmitry first worked as a Senior Marketer from October 2016 to October 2017, and then became the Director of Catalog TAM.BY LLC from October 2017 to September 2019.

Before joining TUT.BY, Dmitry worked as a Product Manager at Fermaplus from September 2015 to September 2016. Dmitry began their career at EPAM Systems in April 2013, where they served as a Senior SAP BI Consultant until November 2015.

Dmitry Kartel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economical Cybernetics from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Belarusian State University, between 2009 and 2014.
