Satej Sirur

Satej Sirur has a strong background in software development and product management. Satej started their career at Microsoft in 2004, working as a Software Design Engineer and later transitioning into a role as a Software Design Engineer/Test. At Microsoft, they played a key role in gathering requirements and prototyping for a new version of Visual Studio targeted towards testers. Satej also designed and implemented the initial version of the product's API.

After their time at Microsoft, Satej joined World Evolved Services as a Software Engineer. In this position, they worked on multiple projects and had a broad-scoped role that ranged from software developer to team leader. Satej was heavily involved in recruiting, generating ideas, and working on greenfield projects.

In 2010, Satej joined Amazon as a Software Developer and worked there until 2012.

In 2013, Satej joined TaxiForSure.com, where they held various roles including Product Manager, Head of Product Management, and ultimately Head of Strategy.

Since 2015, Satej has been the Founder and CEO of Rocketium. At Rocketium, they have focused on addressing the growing demands of marketers by creating a platform that allows for the efficient and rapid creation of banners and videos for campaigns.

Satej Sirur completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering from the years 2000 to 2004. Satej then pursued their Master's degree in Computer Science at Cornell University from 2007 to 2008, earning an M.Eng. Finally, in 2012 and 2013, Satej attended the Indian School of Business, where they completed a Post Graduate Programme in Management with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, and Leadership.
