Somu Lakshmanan

Somu Lakshmanan is a finance professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Finance at Rocketlane since March 2024, Somu previously held the position of Global Head - Finance Business Partners at Tech Mahindra from March 2023 to February 2024. Prior to this, Somu was with BORN Group from May 2016 to February 2024, taking on roles including Global Head - Finance Business Partners, Controller - Finance and Operations, Manager Finance, and Assistant Manager Finance. Other significant experience includes a role as Management Consultant at Be Well Hospitals from June 2012 to April 2016 and as a Consultant at KPMG India for a brief period in 2012. Somu began the professional journey as an intern at EY in Tax and Regulatory Services. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completed in 2011, and earlier schooling at Chettinad Vidyashram.
