Aubrey Zugibe

NGSS Assessment Developer at Rocketlit

Aubrey Zugibe has gained a variety of work experience since 2009. Aubrey worked as a Sales Representative at Hallmark Cards from 2009-2012 while simultaneously volunteering at New York Sharks Aquatics. In 2012, they worked as an intern teacher at Hort Woods Child Care Center and later became a student teacher at Bald Eagle Area School District in 2014 as well as an intern at ARC of Rockland: Prime Time for Kids. Aubrey then became a High School Biology Teacher at Prince George's County Public Schools in 2015 and a Science Teacher/Biology Team Lead at Anne Arundel County Public Schools in 2016. Aubrey later took on various roles at Anne Arundel, including PBIS Leader and E-Coach. Most recently, Aubrey was a NGSS Assessment Developer at RocketLit from April 2023 onwards.

Aubrey Zugibe began their education at North Rockland High School and graduated in 2011. Aubrey then attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Between 2020 and 2023, they attended Towson University, where they completed a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology. Aubrey also has several certifications, including "Increasing Engagement with Elearning Programs" and "Elearning Essentials: Storyboarding" from LinkedIn, as well as an AVID Certified Instructor certification. Aubrey has also attained a Google Certified Educator- Level II certification. Aubrey holds an additional certification in Secondary Biology, but the institution and year of attainment for this one are unknown.
