Wallison Guimarães

Wallison Guimarães began their professional career in 2003 as a Computer Technician for MegaByte Informática. Wallison then worked as a Computer Technician and Teacher for Prefeitura Municipal de São Gonçalo do Pará from 2008 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Professor for Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Técnico - Pronatec and a Tutor for Universidade Aberta do Brasil - UAB. During this same period, they were also a Systems Analyst for Dom Helder Escola de Direito and an Advisor Professor for Instituto de Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação. In 2018, Wallison Guimarães began working at Rocketmat AI, where they held the roles of Data Scientist, Full Data Scientist, and Senior Data Scientist. In 2022, they began working as a Professor Universitário at Universidade de Itaúna, teaching the disciplines of Introduction, Feature Extraction, and Decision Trees.

Wallison Guimarães holds a University Degree Master in Informatics from PUC Minas, where they studied Big Data, Machine Learning, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Supervised and Unsupervised learning from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bacharel in Ciência da Computação from Universidade de Itaúna from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Wallison Guimarães has an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in April 2022.
