Becky Owens

Becky Owens, MBA, M.Ed., is an experienced educator and talent development professional currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Development at Rocketship Public Schools since July 2018, with a history of leadership in various roles including Interim Director of Talent Development and Regional Manager of Achievement. Prior experience includes serving as a School Leadership Coach at Schools That Can Milwaukee, and a BTSA Coach at the Reach Institute for School Leadership. Owens has also held leadership positions with Teach For America and Rocketship Education, focusing on teacher leadership development and elementary education. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Educational Leadership from Milwaukee School of Engineering, a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
