Charmaine Detweiler

Charmaine Detweiler is co-chair of the Women’s Leadership Council for Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center. She brings with her over 35 years of financial leadership experience. Charmaine was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for New Resource Bank, an innovative community bank serving the sustainable and green business community, retiring from that position in 2013. Charmaine previously served in senior leadership roles at One California Bank, Orrick, and Citigroup. She has served on the boards of United Way Bay Area, Women’s Initiative, and Garth Fagan Dance. Charmaine holds a bachelor’s degree with distinction in Economics from Smith College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
