Courtney C.

Courtney C. is an experienced educator currently serving as a 3rd grade Early Childhood Teacher at Rocketship Public Schools since July 2022. Previous roles include ISE Rising Specialist K-2 and Founding 1st Grade Teacher at Rocketship, following a three-year teaching tenure in Memphis, TN. Prior to Rocketship, Courtney held the position of 2nd grade Lead Teacher at Freedom Preparatory Academy Charter Schools from July 2019 to July 2022. Additionally, Courtney served as the Student Government Association President at Austin Peay State University while obtaining a Doctor of Education in Leadership at Trevecca Nazarene University, set to graduate in June 2024, along with a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education.
