Raha Vahdat

Raha Vahdat is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Associate Director of Humanities at Rocketship Public Schools since July 2014. In this role, Raha Vahdat informs the vision and strategy for language and literacy instruction, conducts research on best practices, and supports regional implementation of English Language Arts programs. Responsibilities also include developing educational resources, creating assessments, and providing professional development to leaders and teachers. Previously, Raha Vahdat served as an Assistant Principal, cultivating a culture of excellence in classrooms and coaching educators, and as a Teacher focused on delivering rigorous instruction. Raha Vahdat's educational background includes a Master of Education in Urban Education and Leadership from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
