Nick Sandhu is the Group Finance Director for Rockfish and Seahorse restaurants, a national award-winning group of South West seafood restaurants. Prior to this role, Nick worked as a Group Financial Controller at Flybe, a Management Accountant at Kier Group, and as a Directorate Management Accountant at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust. Nick also has experience as a Senior Finance Analyst at EDF Energy, a Company Accountant at Channel Fisheries, and a Management Accountant at SDK Environmental. Nick holds a BA Hons in Accountancy from Birmingham City University and has passed the final CIMA exam.

About Rockfish: Mitch Tonks opened the first Rockfish in Dartmouth in 2010 having already established the highly popular Seahorse restaurant just a few doors away. The aim was simple, help more people enjoy delicious sustainable seafood, and to make an occasion of it. After building a “beach hut” inside the small building, complete with log burner, the doors opened in the summer of 2010 and ever since guests have been enjoying the fabulous seafood served there all year round.
