Bahia Mezraoui has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bahia began their career as a Customer Service Intern at AXA Insurance, where they gained experience in direct customer contact and document management. Bahia then moved on to a Sales Manager Assistant role at Adventure Land, where they practiced sales skills and coordinated events. Bahia continued to explore marketing and project management in internships at Boomerang Communication and VeryMojo, where they assisted in advertising campaigns, content creation, and business development.

In 2016, Bahia worked as a Hostess at Jours de Printemps, organizing events and undertaking various roles. Bahia also worked as an English Teacher at Unique International English and contributed to the development of a startup called Rockfon as a Marketing Project Manager.

In 2018, Bahia returned to JUST BRANDING international as a Project Management and Marketing intern, and the following year, they became a Project Coordinator, leading international and internal client projects and developing digital marketing strategies.

Most recently, Bahia worked as a Project Manager at Wunderman Thompson MAP, where they ensured successful marketing implementations for clients, acted as a liaison between IKEA Global and local markets, advised and supported local market teams, and facilitated internal improvements and team reorganization.

Throughout their career, Bahia has developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and they are experienced in client engagement, project management, social media marketing, and team coordination. Bahia is adept at understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to achieve desired goals.

Bahia Mezraoui completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2013 to 2015, they attended École Supérieure des Affaires de Casablanca, where they obtained a Diploma in Management and Sales. Following this, in 2015 to 2016, they enrolled at IDRAC Business school, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Development. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2018, they continued their education at IDRAC Business school, ultimately attaining a Master's degree in International Business Development. Their field of study throughout their education was primarily focused on Business Administration and Management.
