Monica Primm

Monica Primm, SPHR, is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Rockford Ball Screw, where Monica has been employed since 2012. In addition to their role at Rockford Ball Screw, Monica is also the Owner of HR Solution Services, an outsourcing consulting firm specializing in the human resources needs of small businesses. With an MS in Organizational Leadership from Walden University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Monica brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their various roles as a Human Resources Consultant and Board Member in multiple organizations.
