Frank Bisconti

Frank Bisconti is an experienced finance and operations professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Operations Compliance Manager at Jackson Charter School since August 2025, Frank oversees finance, vendor contracts, HR benefits, compliance, and IT. As the founder of Bisconti Consulting, LLC since January 2007, Frank specializes in business turnarounds, strategic planning, and client relationships across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and e-commerce. Previous roles include Partner at SeatonHill Partners, Director of Operations/Treasurer at Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, Founding CFO of Elgin Math and Science Academy Charter School, and COO & CFO positions at Savant Sourcing, LLC and Imagemark, Inc. Frank’s extensive expertise spans finance, accounting, compliance, and organizational development for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Frank holds a BA in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
