Erik Bouse

Erik Bouse is a dedicated construction professional with extensive experience in project engineering and field management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Rockford Construction since March 2023, Erik previously held the same position at Lakewood Construction from May 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Field Manager Intern at PulteGroup, where responsibilities involved monitoring job sites and coordinating inspections, and as a Concrete Finisher at Rathburn Contracting from July 2017 to December 2020. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University, completed between 2020 and 2022, and attended Central Michigan University from 2017 to 2020.
