Melissa Collar is the Chief Legal Officer & Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Rockford Construction since May 2020. Prior to this, Collar worked as a Partner at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP from August 1994 to May 2020. Melissa has experience in assisting clients with real property acquisition, development, and leasing, as well as obtaining tax incentives. Collar also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Grand Rapids Community College teaching Real Estate and Licensing. Melissa holds a JD from Wayne State University Law School and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
