Higley Co. as Chief Financial Officer, where they led financial, HR, and IT teams and implemented process and system improvements. Carlo later joined NVR, Inc. as a Regional Financial Leader, overseeing finance functions for multiple divisions. Carlo then served as the Area Finance Director for Taylor Morrison in Florida. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Rockford Homes. Carlo has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in the construction and real estate industry.
Carlo Barone obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Akron, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following that, they pursued an MBA at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University for the academic year 1999-2000.
