Elias Soria

Elias Soria has extensive experience in the field of social services, currently serving as a Partner Abuse Prevention Facilitator with Recourse Project since December 2016, focusing on court-ordered domestic abuse prevention using the PAIP curriculum. In addition, Soria has been a Caseworker at Rockford Housing Authority since June 1998, further demonstrating a long-term commitment to supporting individuals in need. Soria holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Social Sciences from Judson University, earned between 1996 and 1998.
