Lisa Ireton

Lisa Ireton has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting in 1998 with Newell Rubbermaid as a Communications Specialist. Lisa then worked at Levolor Kirsch as an HR Representative before becoming a Human Resources Manager at Fehr-Graham & Associates in 2003. Lisa joined Lowe's Home Improvement in 2011, where they held the roles of Human Resources Coach and Employee Relations Specialist. Lisa later joined Rocknel Fastener as an HR Manager in 2017 before moving on to Rockford Mutual Insurance Company in 2018. At Rockford Mutual, Lisa has held the positions of Manager, Human Resources and currently serves as the Human Resources Director.

Lisa Ireton completed their education in a chronological order. Lisa started their academic journey at Highland Community College from 1991 to 1993. During this time, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts. Following this, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1993 to 1995. Here, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English. Lastly, from 1996 to 2001, Lisa attended Northern Illinois University, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Development.
